Meetings

Our meetings enable us to consider the administration of any business relating to the Parish in which we have a statutory power to act.

Members of the public very welcome to attend any of the monthly meetings. It is usual for Councils to set aside some time for those attending to comment or put questions and in this respect there is a slot for public questions at each meeting.

The agenda for each monthly meeting is posted on the Council’s physical noticeboards and on the Council’s website the week before each meeting so that Parishioners know in advance which topics are to be discussed.

Please note there is no meeting in August or December.

The Parish Council publishes draft minutes from Council meetings within a week of each meeting in order to let Parishioners have information on discussions at the earliest opportunity, rather than having to wait for minutes to be approved at the next meeting. Parishioners are therefore reminded that these minutes are ‘draft’ minutes and in some instances, could be subject to amendment at the next Council meeting.
